Extreme Makeover.... Charapata Edition

So Chad dreamed up this idea for a patio area and I have to admit, I wasn't too excited about it. It was gonna chip into my money for re-decorating the playroom and I'm not really into outdoor home improvements. But, now that's it's finished and I can see his brilliant idea come to fruition.... I LOVE it!!!! We have to much more room and I seriously feel like I'm on vacation while I'm out there. Now all we need is some firewood in our fire pit so we can roast some marshmallows with our wine!

Sword Fights

My baby might not be saying Mama yet but he sure can sword fight!!!! Seriously, this kid can already hold a sword or light saber and fight with Andrew...... and he loves doing it! Pretty soon I can just kick back and let them entertain each other????

Pasta Pickups

I really think Carter is the wildest craziest baby I've ever met. I can't get him to stay in his high chair, even when he's buckled in, he can still climb out. I have no idea how he does it but there's really no stopping this baby! I usually just feed him sitting on the floor now but I figured pasta with red sauce would be best served in a high chair.

I never thought the day would come when Andrew would be the civilized one at the dinner table

Best Buds

Andrew and our neighbor Alex have become best buds recently. Alex is a lot like Andrew in that he's into dressing up, swords, light sabers, being wild and crazy hitting things and running around naked! His little sister Madeline can hang right there with the boys so Cart is pretty much left to play with the Mommy's for now.

Mighty Mini's

I though Andrew loved popsicles....... little did I know Carter would love them even more! I go through a box of these Mighty Minis every week and that's just for Carter!

Andrew gets so mad when Carter won't keep his hat on, he doesn't give up on it as easily as I do

Water Water Everywhere

Carter loves playing in water. I usually put him in the sick to hose him off after dinner but now I just let him play in it for fun. He puts his head under it so the water can fall in his face then sticks his face in it to "drink". You should see the fit he has when I make him stop!

Buddies

We spent the day with Bonnie and Hudson on Saturday, well really just Bonnie, I think Hudson was awake 1 out of the 7 hours we were there! Didn't get many pictures except these funny ones of HUD "loving on" Cart!
