My Frat Boys Baptism

Last Sunday was a very special day for us, our little boys were baptized at our church by our friend Tim. He and his family have become very dear to us, and we were really so honored that he could be a part of this special event. We have always talked about how we wished we would've had the boys baptized as infants and were both a little embarrassed to do it now that they're older. Recently, Andrew has brought it up to us and we've felt the Lord put it on out hearts as something that we really wanted to persue. We talked to Tim and really felt excited about our decision. It was a wonderful day and we felt so embraced and loved by our church family, neighbors and friends..... it was an amazing thing to see how many people truly care about us and our boys. Our friends, the Haistens took us out to lunch afterwards and we were so grateful to have some time with them! We celebrated into the night with a  cookout-camp fire with the Hayse family. We even got steak for Andrew and all night he kept asking for more chocolate, etc by telling me it was his special day! Indeed, it was their special day and they are 2 very special little boys who are loved so much by their Mom and Dad!!

Our "pastor friend" Tim (haha, I had to Tim) He did an amazing job and said the most kind words. He really spoke from his heart and said the sweetest prayer for us and our boys. He's gotten to know the boys personally so that made it so special to have him standing there with us.
