Space Camp

Andrew went to Space Camp at the UTC Challenger Center a few weeks ago and it was such a cool place! He was a little shy because he didn't know anyone but was happy when I picked him up that afternoon! Carter was so sad and screaming when we left Andrew there, not sure if he wanted to stay and do space camp or just didn't like leaving his brother somewhere. Lucky for him, next year I'll happily drop them both off there!

Big Boy Bed!

Here's a little peek of Carty's new big boy room! He loves it and is finally sleeping like a champ in his new bed!

Boat Drinks

A little late on this one but here's how we spent the 4th! At my friend Tripp and Amanda's parents house, eating yummy food and riding on their boat! My kids had never been on a boat before and they both LOVED it! I think we will have to get one of our own very soon!

 I swear he was having fun, he just froze at first when the wind was on his face and the life vest was riding up!

4th of July

Every year, some of our friends-neighbors on the golf course host a 4th of July celebration in their backyard. The sand bunker provides the entertainment and the fairway is the perfect grassy area to shoot off the fireworks! Last year we left Carter at home and Andrew wasn't a huge fan of being up late and the loud noise of the fireworks but they both loved it this year! Andrew ran the entire time while Carter played in the sand and dumped it all in his sunscreen/bugspray coated hair, the sheets were fantastic the next morning after skipping bath!

 Andrew's first time to play with fireworks, he loved it and I was a nervous wreck.

Carty Turns 2!

Last Saturday my family came in town for Carter's 2nd birthday! We had planned on just celebrating with Chad, myself and the boys but my mom, sister and kids were nice enough to come join us for the day! We had such a great time together and it was much less stressful to just keep it small and all about the Carty! We went to for the big 2year checkup on Monday and he was 30 lbs (80%) and 36in (99%), on his way to be a linebacker!
